Observation details

This bird was observed by a group of hunters that were hunting geese in a field adjacent to Routes 301 and 405 in Price, MD. The bird was photographed by Ronald Smith, Sr. The record and photos were transmitted to me by a former co-worker who is related to one of the hunters.
