Observation details
Occasional flyovers of singles or two birds. At ca 1250 I saw 2 large, dark soaring birds circling very distant over the E flank of the Scratchgravels - they could have been CORA, GOEA, or something else. At ca 1334 I saw 2 CORA flying ESE, more or less along Birdseye Rd, 1 in close apparent pursuit of the other. Several times I heard 1 make descending "kaw" calls that sounded agitated to me (I think I've heard similar calls before but I hear them only infrequently). Flight was somewhat low and included darting (evasive?) maneuvers.
