Previously IDed as a Glaucous based on other reports and the bird's large size. Detailed review of other pictures of this bird point to Iceland. Key field marks include the short, smudgily-demarcated bicolored bill (not clean, "ink-dipped" demarcation of GLGU bill bicoloration). Where do all these huge Icelands come from?
