Observation details
FRS, submitted 02.19.18 Three adults. Two large males, and a smaller female. All with a dark black mantle and a clean white unmarked head and nape, unlike a Lesser Black-backed Gull. Also a relatively small eye, similar to but a little smaller than an adult Glaucous Gull. From a distance the dark primaries were not noticeably darker than the mantle. A Lesser Black-Backed Gull primaries tend to show darker than the mantle.
