NOTES: THE QUIET OF A SMALL GULLY IS BROKEN BY THE SCREAMING OF A BAND OF LOW-FLYING PARAKEETS WHICH PASS OVERHEAD AND SETTLE IN CECROPIA TREES ONTHE OPPOSITE SLOPE WHERE THEY FEED ON THE FRUITS. A FEW, HOWEVER, DO NOT LAND BUT CIRCLE BACK AND LAND IN A TREE RIGHT ABOVE ME, FEEDING AND CONVERSING. AFTER A FEW MINUTES THESE LEAVE AND REJOIN THE OTHERS. ALL FEED FOR A FEW MINUTES MORE AND THEN LEAVE AS QUICKLY AS THEY CAME.OPEN HILLSIDES WITH BRUSH COVERED GULLIES. Sex: 20-30 UNKNOWN.
