8:30am, saw it perched on a pylon ~100 metres away, which later chased away by a group of mynas and missing from my sighting. I waited there, hoping it will appear again. Around 10 minutes later, it suddenly flew from grassland nearby the pylon, and landed ~30 metres in front of my car.
