Juvenile/first winter by light iris, banded tail, and lack of broad dark band on the trailing edge of the wing. Whitish throat and extensive white streaking on the breast indicate it is probably not a dark-morph, so I’m thinking it is an intermediate-morph. The outer primaries are banded to the tip, breast of the bird heavily streaked white, and the back has some white spotting. Primaries fall well short of the tail tip.
