Tyrannus flycatcher distinguished from Tropical and Couch's by smaller bill, grayish breast, and very dark tail feathers. Distinguished from Western Kingbird by darker gray head and nape, white cheek that contrasted noticeably with dark gray head, and pale tipped tail feathers. This photo shows the olive gray back and the dark gray crown and nape. Jeff O'Connell also recorded the bird vocalizing. First reported by Tom and Lisa Jackson on January 14, 2018. The first record for Leon county Florida.
