Media notes
Nearly identical to Chimney Swift ( except they should all be back in the tropics). Described in Sibley as smaller, with short wings and tail and usually paler throat and rump. Birds did not chip at all.
Observation details
Cigar-shaped Swift flying about near the entrance by first metal bridge. Flying higher than Tree Swallows. Honestly, hard to tell difference to our common Chimney Swifts. Previously reported and recorded on location. Quite possibly some of the individuals that roost at UF Campus.
