Observation details
Found earlier this morning by Bruce Mast and brother Barry Mast, in willows near restroom at Virgin St lot. We refound it quickly in those willows, followed it to the 'cormorant roost' cypress and beyond to the willows at W end of bridge below church. Over an hour later we refound it again in willows by Virgin St bathroom. Spent most of its time foraging rather low or at eye level with a big flock of Bushtits (and one OCWA). Photos. Hard to say whether this is the "same" Parula photo'd by Don Glasco on 29 Nov 2017, but I think it is not. I a review of photos of this bird and the Nov bird, I think that the Nov bird had more yellow on the throat and upper chest than today's bird. Further, more than a month has gone by without any sightings. I will treat this as a "new" Parula.
