Media notes
The Tamaulipas Crow was perched on a utility pole near the entrance to Apffel Park/East Beach from Boddeker Rd. when these vocalizations were recorded.
Observation details
Observed by multiple individuals - It was a small crow with a glossy blue-black sheen to its feathers. I recorded video of the crow vocalizing with its characteristic call. Its call differed greatly from the Common Crow and differed significantly from that of the Fish Crow. Its tail was shorter than the tail of the Great-tailed Grackle.
