Two cuts from a pair of birds moving through the canopy and subcanopy of tall montane forest. These birds appeared to be loosely associated with a large mixed flock, and mostly kept to the canopy, occasionally coming lower to a fruiting tree. The first cut is of natural song from the female; while singing the bird would lean forward and cock its tail up, and shake it rapidly. The second cut is of calls from both of the pair after playback. When played to both birds would fly in to the canopy near me and give these calls upon landing. Later on they would quiet down, but when one flew to a new perch the other would soon follow, and they would call again when they had both landed in the same tree.
