Observation details
Bird was found earlier this morning. Well seen and photographed with many other birders. See attached photos. Completely black plumage. Huge conical beak. Very long tail. Sat for extended periods of time out in the open, mere feet from the group of birders, and was never startled when dog walkers walked by with their dogs.
