NOTES: (Time: 07:49, 07:55. Breed. Status: Territorial. Resp. to Playback: None +/-. Weather: Climate: Humid; Cyclic Wet-Dry. Cov. Density: Med. Temp: 21-24¡C.) Recorded about 900 m. out on loop trail on right bank Rio Tambopata opposite lodge. BP-2 in cut position. This cut actually combines two recordings of the same birds with a brief announcement in the middle. Distance from bird based on latter part of the cut. Perfectly matches recording on "Birds of Eastern Ecuador." Deinitely not P. fasciicauda. Response to playback: No response. Other Behaviors: Lek. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest.
