Observation details
First winter bird found earlier today by Patrick Collins. Flew in the the same pond south of the loop road east of the oxbow parking area. Dark duck with bright white panels in wings. Black/dark gray with white patches in front and behind the eye. White patch on wings visible. Large bill, sloping forehead. Periodically dove. Many pics.
