Observation details
First found by Louis Bevier on the Hosta trail and later by our group as we were ending our walk about 9:15. A small, duller gray-brown thrush with clear spots on upper breast fading as they go down, yellow on lower edge of black bill, pale gray area on cheek and some rufous hints in tail; NO definitive eye ring or distinctive rust on tail, so ruled out Swainson's and Hermit Thrush; more photos available
