Observation details
Continuing since at least 11/1. Re-found by R. Fanning perched atop a distant tree. Over the next 20 minutes, the bird came closer and perched in lower trees. Nearest approach about 200 feet. Rounded head, narrow black mask, hooked bill, gray back and tan/gray breast with faint barring, black wings, black tail with white spots on outer retraces. Photos attached.
