NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 8. Bulk reel: 432 29/10/69. 6:10 AM. Weather: Clear. Natural song. Probably same bird as previous two cuts but today it broke its long song session with some very quiet song. Quality: 1. Level: 0. A few minutes later it resumed loud song and in this section Grallaria (excelsa) (& O. albogularis) are again heard. Quality: 1. Level: +2. 139 tape. b) 30/9/1969. 6:30 AM. Weather: Fair. Same bird next morning; bird was singing ~ 2' before I could record and that part was more melodious. Quality: 1. Level: +2.
