Observation details

Flew in while photographing swallows; about the size of a Bank Swallow with white above eyes and white extending from throat to the auriculars; pale breast with no breastband; wings extended past the tail. Saw the bird in flight a few times and noted an incomplete white band wrapping around the base of the tail.
