Observation details
Birds previously found (I believe by Gary Nunn). We first saw the female circling around the bait barge south of Shelter Island's southernmost end- then she went north right over us and into the yacht marina. Shortly after, the male came from the yacht marina and flew overhead south to the bait barge.
