Perched on SECU (next to NCSM) Jones and Salisbury
Observation details
Not odd to see a pair of RTHA yelling in downtown Raleigh, but quite strange to see THREE RTHA, all shouting and calling from the top of the NCMA/SECU building, near the Independence Mall. They circled one another and one perched on the building. This did not look like aggressive behavior, and all three appeared to have red tails (adults) Can only venture a guess that this was a family unit.
