Observation details
Continual Sighting.Better pictures than those taken on the 21st. Very LARGE Gull with black back. Clean white head, neck, underparts and tail. Flat forehead. Large distinct bill with red spot. Pale colored eyes with red orbital ring. Pale pink legs and feet. Leg and feet color helped to eliminate Yellow-footed (yellow legs and feet), Slaty-backed (bright pink legs and feet) and Lesser Black-backed (yellow legs and feet). Very black back eliminates the Western. (Thanks Libby)
