Media notes
While playback was note used to obtain this cut, playback was experimented with on kingfishers around our low, flat base camp. It brought them within 2-3 meters and started them calling loudly. Nightbell Gully is where Nightbell Lillies and orange trees, planted by early pioneers, flourish. The area is surrounded by Pohutukawa (Metrosideros kermadecensis) trees. Weather: Windy. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Island.
