NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 2. Bulk reel: 260 Weather: Cloudy, fair. Same comments [as previous cut]. I did see the bird but not well. When it flew I could not see any long bill but I know from another case of a scythebill, definitely identified, that one can't always see their long bill when they fly. The first two songs are natural. The following songs are too, I believe, the bird having come closer of its own accord, but they may have resulted from playback.
