Observation details
Juvenile black legged peep. Short, straight, black bill eliminated WESA immediately. Cap somewhat paler and browner than most SESA juveniles. Unusually boldly marked scapulars (conspicuously rufous) and coverts on this individual. I initially thought the bill shape was better suited for a stint than SESA. Seems to show a split supercilium in some photos. Sorry for the crap photos.
