Responded to whistle after about 10 minutes. Bird sat in tree about 6 meters up. Habitat: Fairly dense moist wood with a few small palms in understory. Weather: Wind. Cover Density: Thick. ML: Subject changed from Trogon curucui to Trogon rufus. Jay McGowan, 29Jan2018. Habitat: Forest.
