Observation details
Diving off south side of jetty, ~0.25-0.5mi offshore. Appeared solid black from a distance aside from occasional views of white flank or white face. Leaning towards Lesser based on overall profile and regional likelihood, but Greater Scaup is not out of the question. Will upload poor photos.
