Observation details

Continuing. Silent and undetected for a while until it started calling constantly from a live oak (34.1770580, -117.9902522). Large gray Contopus with broad bill, entirely yellow lower mandible, prominent crest, minimal vest. Flycatching only once or twice, it generally remained perched, repeating the same note.
