Outstanding find yesterday by Carena. Consensus seems to be an immature male. After diligently scouring the birds was able to find this bird with his head tucked and some mere feathers raised off the back head. Eventually picked up his head and showed well as it swam by the boat launch. Roundish head with a very small amount of white at base of bill. Poor digi photo in the fog .
