Media notes
Chattering flock of WcSp perching in the brush and foraging along the west side path. I don't recall hearing this kind of chatter before.
Observation details
Conservative estimate. Initially quite scarce, a small foraging group came out along the grass near the path to the golf course as I began my way back. Toward dusk a much larger, active and chattering flock was foraging along the path west of the parking area and made quite a spectacle as they pecked at and sparred over a discarded piece of pizza on the path. A couple of them appeared to have pink bills, but that may have been an artifact of the low light levels at dusk.
