Observation details
Continuing. Initially sighted hunkered down along shoreline at northeast corner of Reagan National Airport (DCA) property. When flushed by a kayaker, bird quickly landed on grassy area next to a paved road offering a much better view through scope. Large bright white owl with small dark markings covering front and back.
