Observation details

Continuing juvenile, found a day or two ago by Kai Russell. Up and down the beach, centered around the outflow structure about .5 km east of the municipal wharf. Photos show different head and bill shape than common goldeneyes, and in flight this bird showed considerably less white in the secondaries and wing coverts than common goldeneye females.
