Observation details

Lifer! By the boardwalk by the weather station. Darker back than American Woodcock. Buffy vertical streaks down the back. Barring on white belly. Roosting when I first saw it. Forty minutes later, saw it was awake when I was walking back. Observed it feeding for a couple of minutes before it disappeared. Took phone pics and video.
