Observation details

Dark morph individual showed up giving brilliant views overhead. Called it as such in field, pending confirmation through studying photograph evidence, which was taken by my birding friend Rtrd. Major General Priyantha Senarathne promptly on my command. Photograph to be shared. First confirmed sighting for the site.
