Observation details
I honestly thought this was a Choco Elaenia (as did someone else there), although after discussions with the local group, it was decided to be a Gray-breasted Flycatcher. I did hear a Gray-breasted Flycatcher a couple of times, although I did not see this particular bird vocalize, and that call did not come from the direction of this bird.
