Observation details

White owl sitting on rocks east side between runway and water. Looked to have moderate black barring. Could see the yellow eyes as it would turn its head every few seconds to look around. Scope would be ideal. Can make out the owl with binoculars but not well. I used my super Zoom camera for a better view.
