Observation details

Continuing sula little bit larger than nearby gulls with black flight feathers, red foot, and blue bill! It is resting on the island opposite of the Hilliard Center. The booby is here: (27.8092561, -97.3885997); we viewed it here in a parking lot: (27.8084818, -97.3923756).
