Observation details

Distant between the two breakwaters with a couple cormorants, about (37.7761518, -122.3067593). Squat, compact posture like a Horned Grebe, but longer neck and a long, light yellowish dagger bill. Thicker and shorter bill than nearby Western Grebes. Poor but identifiable photos taken.
