Observation details

Persistence paid off! Re-found today. Started at Juanita Bay but he wasn't there. Took a shot at Marina Park and BINGO. Continuing rarity... Walked right by me several times within a few feet. Very tolerant of people and accepting handouts of junk food from ignorant park-goers. I think he'll keep sticking around for the free food!
