Observation details

Maybe just a strange stage of transitional subadult plumage...but initial views got me going...initially no indication of a spur Male closely associating with a few LESC hens...apart from larger flocks I saw bill markings but head shape seemed very scaupish... Poor light photo.doc Need to go back and sort thru similar RNDU Hopefully have time to follow up in better light yeah i admit H word came to mind
