Observation details
Struck me as odd. Pale gray upperwings with a thin white border cf. adult Little Gull, but no dark underwings. Tried to turn it into a Bonaparte's but didn't have the contrasting white upperwing triangle and the wings were more rounded. No black wingtips so not a Ring-billed or Herring. In fact, no black anywhere on it that I could see. Flew toward the bridge and disappeared.
