Observation details
Flying north over the sea Dark falcoon with a very conspicuous long wings (longer and sharper than in a kestrel) at the first sight reminding a bit a Bulwer's petrel considering the morphology and the habitat. Hovering several times over the sea and flying a bit like skuas. With a long tail and with a dark underwing coverts contrasting with the rest of the underwing, that is lighter. Really smaller than a peregrinus and bigger than a subbuteo. 2 videos here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIWiolYN7Ok&feature=youtu.be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIWiolYN7Ok&feature=youtu.be
