From the crest, I thought that this was a Skylark, but Merlin said it was a Bushlark.
Observation details
Approximate number seen flying together in a group over the paddock. Birds seemed chunkier than skylarks. The 4 photos of the bird in flight are of the same bird. The others flying with it looked like the same species.
