Observation details

Called Thayer’s type Iceland In the field, 2 dark eyes with delicate rounded head. Primaries point to Thayer’s type. Bill a little daintier than Herring but not as dainty as Kumlien. Size not noticeably smaller than herring, but posture stood out as a little off. Crumby photos from a spray and pray session. Lucky in flight shots, but still a little unclear. Going to think on it.
