Observation details
Scarce, 1w came in off the ocean with a flock of 32 sngo then continued west/wsw and was seen about 40 mins later departing over bay somewhere well north of del haven probably over reeds beach. Noticeably smaller and shorter winged, most noticeable and easiest to pick out when the flock was flying right at you or lined up well. Short head/neck with quicker wingbeats. At a distance I thought it was an adult based on how white it was but once it came in over land could see the dark trailing edge to secondaries and subtle darker face marks. Photos
