Observation details
WAY bigger than the ring-billed gulls around him... (not shaming) Bad pictures via phone-to-binocular... looks a lot like a juvi lesser black-backed (1st winter, with light head, grey-brown body, and dark bill and eyes), but I am not a gull guy and I am not going to risk him just being a juvi Herring. Darker tip to tail feathers aswell as leading edge of wing, but not black. Just darker grey.
