Observation details

Continuing bird, first found in Lincoln City by Phil Pickering, then rediscovered in Newport this morning. Smaller gull with pinkish bill, some dark marks on head behind eyes, and white outer primaries. Photos to come. Seen at F dock by the boat launch, but has been moving all around lower Yaquina Bay today
