Observation details

Owl flushed up from field as we walked towards geese. Landed in nearby brush, then flew up to fence post before bedding down at base of another fence post. Was flying over geese as we left. Brownish owl, streaky on chest. Short ears visible when bedded down. Whitish Buffy coloration visible towards wing tips while flying.
