Observation details
***Nevis specialty; genuine Rivertowns rarity that is always impressively abundant here. First heard the diagnostic smack call from behind us as we were standing at the HETH spot. Called out a FOSP and immediately noticed two birds feeding in the grass at the edge of Nuclear Thickets. Both flew into the thickets, and over the next few minutes, we were able to confirm the presence of a third as well. Intriguingly, when there are multiples of FOSP at Nevis, they all tend to be condensed in one area (https://ebird.org/checklist/S158995883). Photos
