Observation details

About the same size as YRWA. Upper parts blue; face and throat black; black side stripe contrasts with bright white underparts. Small white window (aka "handkerchief") at base of primaries. Bird observed foraging on ground, from low to intermediate height in bushes and trees, and in exterior-open walkways.
